Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our talent acquisition objectives and partner community. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition. This role will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring the best talent in the artificial intelligence and technology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Work with external Hiring Partners \ Agency's to ensure talent pipeline is created.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
  • Enhance and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding content and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a technology-focused organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
